The cost of Primark Vintage Rose lip pencil is £1.00. And it is available at the Primark stores only. I couldn’t find this shade online!
Shelf-life of Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner:
The Primark PS lip pencil Vintage Rose has a shelf life of 12 months from the day of opening the packaging.

My Experience With Primark PS Lip Liner Pencil, Vintage Rose (Review)
(My skin tone – Medium dark/Tan/Brown skin tone with warm undertones)
Product Packaging:
As the product name suggests, Primark Vintage Rose lip liner comes in pencil form with a twisted bottom and a secure cap. You need to sharpen it after each use for the precise application. The body of the packaging resembles the lip pencil shade. You can easily find the shade name on the bottom of the lip pencil. There is no sharpener provided with this lip pencil. It is easy to carry, thus travel-friendly.
Product Texture:
Primark PS lip liner comes in 12 different shades, which range from reds and browns to purples. I got the Vintage Rose shade, which is a beautiful rose shade with pink & brown hues. It has a soft, creamy texture with a highly pigmented, matte formula and mild artificial fragrance that fades away soon after application.
Product Performance:
I must confess that I am addicted to lip-liners! Honestly, I hardly purchase lipsticks these days. It was my first lip liner product from Primark. I got this product with two nail polishes to test their quality, and I admit I am in love with them. The lip liner was only £1, so that’s a steal 
!

Q. Does Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil Dry Out The Lips?
I have super dry lips. Hence I always scrub my lips and use a moisturizing lip balm before applying lip liners and lipsticks. Upon application, the Primark vintage rose lip liner glides effortlessly on my lips and provides a matte finish. It feels lightweight and comfortable and doesn’t dry out my lips. Kindly remember your chapped lips need to be moisturized before each application.
Q. Does Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil have a good coverage and pigmentation?
I have mentioned multiple times in my lip pencil review posts that I use lip liners as lipsticks, not just for lining my lips. To achieve the opaque pigmentation, I need to apply a few swipes of this liner, and voila! The Vintage Rose shade looks absolutely stunning. It covers my dark-pigmented lips beautifully and goes well with my nude, pink, and brown lipsticks.
Q. Does Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil have a good staying power?
The Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil has decent staying power. The lipliner alone stays on my lips for more than 7 hours without any food intake, otherwise 4 hours max. It stays intact for a good period underneath my lipsticks, though!
Q. Is Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil transfer-proof?
Nope! It helps enhance the lipstick color and defines my lips beautifully. However, unfortunately, this vintage rose lip liner is not kiss-proof or transfer-proof, or water-proof. Hence, reapplication is a must after having my lunch or snacks. I like that it fades evenly and leaves behind a light stain on the lips.
I use my Etude House lip makeup remover or Vaseline to remove it from my lips. It comes off easily with water as well 
.
Q. Is Primark Vintage Rose Lip Liner Pencil ideal for medium dark, tan and brown skin tones?
Yes. Yes. Yes!
The lip color really suits my medium dark/tan skin tone and would certainly flatter all skin tones 
.

What I Like About (Cons of) Primark PS Lip Pencil Vintage Rose?
- No ingredients list!
- It’s not kiss-proof/transfer-proof thus reapplication is required
- It’s not water proof
- It needs sharpening, which is hygienic but leads to the wastage of product too! But for the price of £1, I can’t complain much!
